Jurassic Solar LP is a project-specific entity owned by Northland Power Inc. The Jurassic Solar+ Project will be owned and operated by Jurassic Solar LP.

Founded in 1987, Northland has a long history of developing, building, owning and operating green energy infrastructure as a publicly traded independent power producer (TSE:NPI). Northland manages a diversified portfolio of operating and in construction wind, solar, thermal, and battery projects in North America totaling 1,267 MW in addition to projects currently in development; 5.5 GW in North America and 19 GW globally.
